"The Administration under the CEO will assist, advise, and act for the CRNA Board of Directors by supervising the accounting program, having signature authority for checks, notes, and authorizing purchase requisitions.  The CEO administers contracts and leases and prepares and submits an annual budget for approval by the CRNA five year plan.  In the planning of program development and evaluation the President/CEO will carry out the plan approved by the CRNA Board of Directors using new and innovated methods, as well as proven traditional methods.

 

    The CEO is the Primary Investigator for  the Department of Education funded Vocational Technology Copper River Native Association (CRNA) Educaiton Initiative. This education initiative is overseen by an Advisory Board appointed by the sponsoring organization, the Copper River Native Association. this Advisory Board wiill collectively ensure the quality of the research and the resulting programs, and the responsiveness of those programs to the unique needs of students and communities within the Copper River Region."

    The staff of the administration department includes the CEO and Deputy CEO. The administrations is funded by grants that are provided from many sources
