Health Department The Copper River
Native Association Health Department administers the following programs in our
villages. Community Health Aide,
Community Health Representative, Environmental
Health Representative, Patient Transport, Swim Program, Contract Health, and
Diabetes Programs. The Health Department is funded by
grants that are provided from many sources The staff
of the health department is devoted to making the villages of the Copper River
Native Association safer and healthier places to live.
The Health Department also operates Wrangle Mountain Dental
Clinic, and employs a staff at that location
who are highly trained and qualified. Wrangle Mountain Dental Clinic
is located at Mile
187 Glenn hwy. in Glennallen Alaska. For more information on

In addition to the programs mentioned above the Health
Department also operates health clinics
with normal hours of operation
in the villages of
Cantwell,
Kluti Kaah,
Tazlina, and
Gulkana. In addition we are
planning on opening a new clinic in Gakona. Current plans are to open this
new clinic sometime in 2007.
